Prices are subject to change without

All prices are per 1000 units except where specified otherwise, and include one color imprint.
For order quantities between price
breaks, the lower quantity price applies.
For orders larger than end quantity
price, contact Coasters Plus for a special quotation.
Website prices are up to date and
override any prices shown in our Coasters Plus catalogue which do
not include special offers, price changes and new products
introduced after our catalogue was printed.
Artwork:
Artwork should be supplied in digital format only.
Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop files accepted in
MAC or PC in EPS format. CorelDraw and Freehand files accepted as EPS
and TIF files only MAC or PC. Please include all linked files and
fonts.
E-mail: Artwork
by email is acceptable. Please use a compression utility (ie: Stuffit) when
emailing your file from a Mac. Some additional charges may apply, please
call Coasters Plus for details.
Note: All supplied discs must be accompanied with
a black and white or color print out. Laser printed artwork is
acceptable if DPI resolution is 400 or more. Disc conversion charge may
apply to certain items; see individual product price list. Files can be
sent to us on a CD, DVD, and ZIP disc or can be e-mailed to: info@coastersplus.com

Proof Charges, Art Changes &
Cancellation
Fax and e-mailed proofs are available at no charge. Pre-production
samples - please contact Coasters Plus for pricing where available.
Second proof changes incur additional charges. For cancellation of an
order once it is in production, costs incurred to the point of
cancellation will be invoiced accordingly. Printing Colors:
All custom printed orders are matched
to specific Pantone - U (uncoated) colors for coasters and napkins at no
additional charge. If Pantone numbers are not supplied with
the order, we will match the color to the nearest Pantone equivalent. However,
exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to mill variations in the paper
cover stock. |
Production Time:
See individual products for delivery
times. For rush delivery, contact Coasters Plus for extra charges,
where available. Shipping:
We ship using UPS, Purolator/DHL & FEDEX. Larger
quantities are shipped at common courier rates. Returns must be
authorized by Coasters Plus prior to returning any product. Coasters
Plus is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control
such as custom inspections, strikes, etc. Freight:
Due to the endless variations of sizes, please contact Coasters Plus with
details of order for shipping costs. Freight will be prepared & charged
from the FOB point. FOB point varies according to individual products. Over/Under Runs:
Every effort is made to ship exact
quantities ordered. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing
process, there may be an over/under run of 10% on any order and this will
be invoiced accordingly. Copyrights:
Customer accepts full responsibility
for any claims and/or litigation resulting from alleged infringement of
patents, or trade marks in ordering printed products from catalogue.
Logos that appear in our catalogue are to demonstrate our printing
capabilities and do not imply endorsement by the advertiser. Payment Terms:
New customers are required to provide
a 50% deposit before order proceeds and balance of payment is COD.
For customers who have already established credit, the payment terms are
net 30 days. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Balance due for credit card
orders including estimated freight will be billed to the credit card
on file on day of shipment. Freight adjustments if required will be
made after receipt of actual freight cost.
Our Guarantee and Claim Policy:
Our products are guaranteed against defect in workmanship and imprints.
Orders will be replaced if we are at fault in either instance. Any claim must be
made within 30 days of receipt of product. |
